Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about claiming your NIVO Chain allocation.

Login with your SafePal or MetaMask wallet by clicking the "Login & Claim" button. Once your wallet is connected, verify your allocation and confirm the transaction. Your tokens will be credited instantly.

No — the allocation is completely free. However, you will need to pay network gas fees (in the native token of the network) to process the claim transaction. Gas fees are typically very low on Nivo Chain.

Eligibility is determined by the snapshot taken at block 4,102,000. If your wallet wasn't active on Nivo Chain before that block, it won't be included in round 3. Check that you're connected to the correct network and using the right wallet address.

Yes — each wallet that was included in the snapshot has its own independent allocation. You can claim from each eligible wallet separately by logging in with each wallet.

Unclaimed tokens from round 3 roll forward into round 4. There's no immediate expiry, but we recommend claiming as soon as possible to ensure you don't miss future bonus allocations tied to holding NIVO Chain.

Claimed NIVO Chain tokens have a 30-day non-transferable period to prevent immediate dumping. After 30 days, you're free to transfer, trade, or use them as you wish.

We support SafePal, MetaMask, and any wallet that supports WalletConnect. For the best experience, we recommend using SafePal or MetaMask.

Troubleshooting

Having issues with your claim? Check these common problems and solutions.

🔌 Wallet not connecting

Make sure you have SafePal or MetaMask installed and updated. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or using a different browser. If using WalletConnect, ensure the QR code is properly scanned.

â›Ŋ Transaction failing

Check that you have enough native tokens in your wallet to cover gas fees. If the transaction keeps failing, try increasing the gas limit slightly or wait a few minutes and retry — the network might be temporarily congested.

🔍 "Wallet not eligible" error

Ensure you're connected to the correct network (Nivo Chain Mainnet) and using the exact wallet address that was active during the snapshot. Double-check that you're logged in with the right wallet.

🔄 Tokens not showing in wallet

After claiming, you may need to manually add the NIVO Chain token to your wallet. The contract address can be found in the official Nivo Chain documentation. If your tokens still don't appear, try refreshing your wallet or waiting a few minutes for the network to update.

📱 Mobile wallet issues

If you're using SafePal or MetaMask on mobile, ensure you're using the in-app browser or a browser that supports WalletConnect. Some mobile wallets have limited dApp support — try using a desktop browser for the smoothest experience.
